Lucie Cluzel-Métayer, PhD in law, is Professor at Paris Nanterre University (UPN). She is co-director of the Master of Digital Law and of the Doctoral School of Law and Political Science.

 

She is research fellow at the Public Law Research Centre (Centre de recherches sur le Droit public, UPN), as project coordinator for Digital topics and she is associated at the Research Center for Administrative Science (Centre de recherches en science administrative, Paris 2 University-CNRS).

 

Her research focuses on the legal effects of digital technology in administrative systems, in particular open data regulation, algorithmic public decision, more broadly, her research questions the tension between digital use and fundamental freedoms.
