Dr. ir. Frederika Welle Donker is Assistant Professor at the Section of Urban Data Science, Department of Urbanism, Faculty of Architecture and The Built Environment, Delft University of Technology. She is attached to the Knowledge Centre Open Data as a researcher, focusing on the economic, legal and institutional aspects of open data. Frederika is involved in the MSc Geomatics for the Built Environment of TU Delft, as well as one of the coordinators of the MSc Geo Information Management and Applications (GIMA), a co-operation between the University of Utrecht, ITC – University of Twente, Wageningen University and Delft University of Technology.
Apart from being one of the supervisors of the H2020 Marie Curie European Training Network programme ODECO, Frederika is also involved in the the H2020 project Twinning Open Data Operational (TODO), and the Erasmusplus project SPIDER: open SPatial data Infrastructure eDucation nEtwoRk.
