Assistant Professor of Open Data at the Faculty of Technology, Policy and Management at Delft University of Technology

Dr. Anneke Zuiderwijk is an Assistant Professor of Open Data at the Faculty of Technology, Policy and Management at Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands. Her research focuses on open data, and more specifically, on theory development concerning infrastructural and institutional arrangements that incentivize open data sharing and use behavior by governments, researchers, companies and citizens.

 

Anneke obtained her PhD with distinction, received the international Digital Governance Junior Scholar Award and was ranked as one of the most influential open data researchers worldwide (Hossain, Dwivedi & Rana, 2016). Her research has been cited over 4,800 times. Other EU projects Anneke is involved with are the H2020 projects Twinning Open Data Operational (TODO) and Trusted Secure Data Sharing Space (TRUSTS). She is also one of the lecturers of the free Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) Open Science: Sharing Your Research with the World.
