Cesar Casiano

Postdoctoral researcher, Faculty of Social Science, Public Governance Institute, KU Leuven

He is a postdoctoral researcher at the Public Governance Institute in KU Leuven. He focuses on the governance aspects of green and digital solutions for the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals. His research covers Europe, Latin America and Africa. Among his research topics are climate change adaptation of small and medium-size cities, blue-green infrastructure, land policy, interoperability and smart cities. He is a member of the National Researchers System in Mexico (SNI-CONACYT) and a holder of the University Teaching Qualification certificate from the Netherlands (UTQ/BKO).
